One week to the conclusion, is time to sum up the main outcomes of the Finance Innovation Festival on Insurance and Investment Opportunities for Nature-based Solutions, which took place in Laxenburg (Austria) on 23-24 May 2024.

One week to the conclusion, is time to sum up the main outcomes of the Finance Innovation Festival on Insurance and Investment Opportunities for Nature-based Solutions. The event showcased innovative approaches, shared best practices, and celebrated achievements within the realm of nature-based solutions. Over the two days in the beautiful Laxenburg, 44 speakers took turns on stage and/or lead the discussion during the world café sessions. 119 people attended the first day of the festival (86 in person + 33 via streaming) while 95 participated the second one (72 in person + 23 via streaming).

The festival offered invaluable opportunities for networking, learning, and collaborative idea generation. The insightful discussions, presentations and debates that took place fostered new connections among different communities involved in financial innovation and advocacy for nature-based solutions. Presentations, posters, world café materials as well as photos and videos taken during the festival has been uploaded in the shared material folder. Lastly, we would also like to remind you that NATURANCE regularly organises webinars, workshops, webstival and other activities such as the brand-new citizen group meetings.
